• Acceptance of Terms

You grant DropZone a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all User Content as described in these Terms. You also represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Prohibited Conduct
  You agree not to:
  1. Use the Site or Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  2. Violate or attempt to violate the security of the Site or Services.
  3. Use the Site or Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others.
  4. Interfere with or disrupt the Site or Services or the servers or networks connected to the Site or Services.
  5. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

  8. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
  9. Collect or store any personally identifiable information from the Site or Services from other users of the Site or Services without their express permission.
• Intellectual Property Rights
  The Site and Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by DropZone, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site or Services, except as follows:
  1. Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
  2. You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
  3. You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
  4. If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.
  5. If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.
